Themed # 50 - Car Theft

Another Thursday-type puzzle. I typically try to avoid themes where the result is gibberish, but this is obviously an exception. Had to make this one oversized to accommodate the central reveal phrase. Don't exactly like the same word crosses at 28-down and 45-across (and appears again at 51-down), but that's how I could fill the grid at the time. Don't think there is anything really egregious, though.
