I am not one of the 61-across people. I have my cable and I watch it. I guess my excuse was always live sports, but I imagine I could get that through YouTube TV or something. Although I hear the cost of that is roughly on a par with cable, so it seems like it's a wash at this point. Anyway, the concept lent itself to a theme so here we are. 29-across is odd but there wasn't much starting with that letter combination and I made the crossings fair so it should be easy to get. Managed to fit 14 7-letter or longer answers and I think they are pretty good overall. I think 28-down is the best answer.
